The Clean Standard Method
Discover · Assess · Plan · Clean · Verify
The eight-step journey above is what you experience. The Method is how our team delivers it consistently across very different properties.
- 01
Discover
We start with the property itself: what it is used for, who is in it, when it can be cleaned, and what has not been working. Priorities are recorded so the scope reflects what actually matters to you.
- 02
Assess
Square footage, condition, surface types, access constraints and any specialised requirements are assessed—on site when the property calls for it—so the plan is built on real conditions rather than assumptions.
- 03
Plan
You receive a written scope of work, a recommended frequency, anticipated duration, suggested crew size and either a preliminary estimated range or a custom proposal.
- 04
Clean
Crews work from the approved scope with property-specific instructions—access, parking, restricted areas, surfaces and priorities—already documented.
- 05
Verify
Each visit closes with a quality-control review. Completion status, notes, photos where relevant, and any corrective action are documented in your client portal.
